great stafflate check outnearby parkingbroken aspects
the staff was great. they assisted in helping us find additional accommodation for the following night. they also allowed late check out to give my wife extra time to get ready. i appreciate the help i received in locating nearby parking.
i noticed a couple of broken aspects in the room. i also saw some unnecessary dirt in drawers. in the early evening there was some noise from patrons.

The room was clean and in a quiet location. I was happy to see a good-sized super clean shower room. as coffees and water, the biscuits were a very nice touch I really loved! The building is lovely, it has a central location and is easily accessible by public transport.
The breakfast service was friendly, but the toaster was not working properly. I had to ask for milk and plates.

I found the pub food to be great with so much flavour and beautifully served, and the gentleman who served me was polite. I highly recommend the breakfast, it was nicely served and substantial, a great way to start the day.

The rooms are an excellent size and well equipped with good amenities, so I found them very comfortable. My room was kinda furnished with good amenities. I like that the bed was comfortable. I could control the radiators too.

Free overnight parking is available round the back, a huge plus. The staff let me bring my luggage way before check-in, I was so grateful! The hotel is well maintained, nicely painted and the staff are friendly, helpful and hard-working.
